International Training Consortium Ltd, based in the UK, are looking 
for EU or Russian candidates to manage a two year project in Russia 
involving the establishment of a Business management Training School.  
Candidates must have: at least 15 years experience working at a senior 
level in a Business School, postgraduate lecturing experience, 
experience in Project Management, and must have worked in Russia or 
under the EU's TACIS programme.
