Dear friends,

Happy New Year 1996!  The WWW Irkutsk team hearty congratulate
you on the Russian Christmas (6th Jan): S Rozhdestvom Hristovym!

We are proud to announce the start of our new Telegram 
Gate Service. You now have a chance to communicate with your 
friends or relatives in Russia in a safe and quick way, 
even if they don't have an e-mail address.

In order to foster international cultural exchange and 
provide a more reliable and fast method of communication for 
people without Internet access, we established this 
non-profit service.

Just send an e-mail with the specified address and text of 
your telegram to fed@icc.ru. Your message will be re-sent 
through Telegram Gate as a standard telegramm inside Russia 
and CIS. 

According to Russian Postal Rules, a telegram is to be 
delivered within 6 hours and to be given to the recipient 
personally under his signature. 

Congratulate your friends and relatives for Russian 
Christmas!
