day there is a new picture reflecting the everyday life of the city and its
citizens. Not all pictures are taken on the day they are published .
AS Baikal TV is the top-rated independant Irkutsk station. It was founded
in 1991 and is in the 10 top TV companies in Russia. It owns its own studios
and broadcasting facilities.
