My tip 4 u is : go to great Galausnoje, it s a small village of fishermen. There is a accomodation, you can book at the Intourist in Irkutsk. Visit the Olchon islan and see, what a friend of mine, Andrei Jashirizyn, has build. You will find a extreme informative walk-around about the early baikal people and the nature. Dont miss to taste fresh "Harius" (baikal-special-fish) |
