Suggestions Box v1.0

*Note: PHP is required for this script to work on your website.

Summary:
Suggestions Box will allow visitors of your website to leave comments
on a page that you designate. It can be used as a suggestions receipt
tool or a simplistic guestbook.

Installation Instructions:

1. Open suggestions.inf in a text-editng program such as "Notepad."
2. Edit the following variables:
    $comments = The name of the file where the comments will be saved.
    $string = The format of how you'd like to have the comments appear
    on the page ($date displays the date, $email displays the email
    address, $name displays the visitors name, $msg displays the
    comment, and $ip displays the IP address).
3. Upload files to your server (as ASCII/text files)
4. CHMOD suggestions.dat 0777.
5. Insert the HTML code you'd like to use for the suggestions into the
   suggestions.php file. Be sure to leave the first block of PHP script
   code (from the first <? to the last ?>) at the top of the page.
